A little early?

Nope! Now is the time I start thinking about Christmas.  So I am posting this video about a Christmas magazine (and I am hoping to win a give away).

I just watched this on Nie's blog, and I'm totally in the Christmas mood. It's almost time to start shopping;)

All that stuff is beautiful, but I don't think my house will ever look that video :( And nope, not too early for Christmas thoughts. I already have a list of ideas of things to get for Brooke for her bday and Christmas that I can't wait for! Also, as soon as September comes I feel like the air needs to have a little crisp to it so I can wear long pants and sweaters. The holidays are only 4 months away!

Good luck with the give away. I like the thought of getting Christmas started now. It would make for a mch more relaxed Holiday season. I think I will do that.

The only problem I have with starting this early is I get too much stuff by the time Christmas gets here...we end up holding some stuff back to give at another time.

I would just really like that box of cookies to devour.....by myself....right now!!! 9-12-10 @ 12:53 am. I think they would make a rather splendid, slightly after midnight snack!!!

A little quote or two...

“There is in every true woman's heart, a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity, but which kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity.” -Washington Irving

BOOK HOUSE from the paper of my Grandfather Sidney W. Campbell

I always think the cover of a book is like a door Which opens into someone's house where I've not been
before. A pirate or a fairy queen may lift the latch for me. I always wonder when I knock, what welcome there will be. And when I find a house that's dull, I do not often stay But when I find one full of friends, I'm apt to spend the day. I never know what sort of folks will be within you see. And that's why reading always is so interesting to me. ~~Annie Fellows Johnston
