Woo Hoo!!

We are in our house! The kitchen is mostly done. The beds are made and luckily we got a washer and dryer with the house. We also got a cool fridge. It's one of the ones that have the freezer as a drawer on the bottom and the double drawers on top. I really like it so far.

So with all our progress we officially checked out of the hotel last night. I am also sick. I have an achy cold that just hit me this afternoon.

I will take some pictures of the amazingly full 3 car garage that I have to plow through. But right now I am going to call JaDee to buy a few bundles of wood for a cozy fire in the fireplace for my achy bones.

So sad to hear you are not feeling well. That's no fun when your unpacking. I'm glad you are in your home, and no longer at the hotel. I'm sure that wasn't a sad goodbye;) Good luck, and I can't wait to see pictures of the house.

A little quote or two...

“There is in every true woman's heart, a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity, but which kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity.” -Washington Irving

BOOK HOUSE from the paper of my Grandfather Sidney W. Campbell

I always think the cover of a book is like a door Which opens into someone's house where I've not been
before. A pirate or a fairy queen may lift the latch for me. I always wonder when I knock, what welcome there will be. And when I find a house that's dull, I do not often stay But when I find one full of friends, I'm apt to spend the day. I never know what sort of folks will be within you see. And that's why reading always is so interesting to me. ~~Annie Fellows Johnston
