She's back

I had to join the rest of the blogging world who is today, celebrating NieNie's return. Oh the spirit she brings to women, mothers, and wives. My heart is full for her and her family. We saw a miracle in her and Mr. Nielson's recovery. We saw a miracle in a community forming and coming together in the most unlikely of ways. We saw the miracle of everyday life through her poignant words. Through those words she has shown us beauty in the divinity of women and their roles in a family and in this turbulent world. We have learned so much already from her example. We have united in our quest to do that which is good, pure, and kind through acts of service, love and beauty.
Thank you Nie, thank you for that.

I am so excited that she is back. Our ward had the opportunity to help prepare their new home in Prove (her parents live in our ward)

I am beyond excited that she is back. I had a stomachache all week long waiting for her return. I was not a blogger before I found out about Stephanie. I read that she blogged and I went there to check it out and that's how I started my blog. She's an inspiration and her first post today brought me to tears!!!

I still cannot read anything about their family without starting to cry. I think I cried every day from the crash through at least November last year. They really are a beautiful family (and I mean all of their family on both sides) and are a true inspiration to me of what kind of mother I aspire to be. Also, I want Courtney to be my best friend.

A little quote or two...

“There is in every true woman's heart, a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity, but which kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity.” -Washington Irving

BOOK HOUSE from the paper of my Grandfather Sidney W. Campbell

I always think the cover of a book is like a door Which opens into someone's house where I've not been
before. A pirate or a fairy queen may lift the latch for me. I always wonder when I knock, what welcome there will be. And when I find a house that's dull, I do not often stay But when I find one full of friends, I'm apt to spend the day. I never know what sort of folks will be within you see. And that's why reading always is so interesting to me. ~~Annie Fellows Johnston
