Things that must go
When you are entering a store that has specifically marked exit and Entrance signs and as you approach the entrance out comes a cart laden mommy causing you to step out of her way as she and her brood narrowly miss your toes. Oh and she is talking on her cell phone and doesn't even see you. Apparently she doesn't know how to read either.
This also applies to exiting the store with your own cart/small freight train and Grandma Lady comes tottering into the exit side. She usually has big sunglasses and a rain bonnet on.
A little quote or two...
“There is in every true woman's heart, a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity, but which kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity.” -Washington Irving
"Education enriches the mind and enlightens the
soul," --Nicole Moncur 2008"Reading can be dangerous." --Diane Setterfield, The Thirteenth Tale
BOOK HOUSE from the paper of my Grandfather Sidney W. CampbellI always think the cover of a book is like a door Which opens into someone's house where I've not been
before. A pirate or a fairy queen may lift the latch for me. I always wonder when I knock, what welcome there will be. And when I find a house that's dull, I do not often stay But when I find one full of friends, I'm apt to spend the day. I never know what sort of folks will be within you see. And that's why reading always is so interesting to me. ~~Annie Fellows Johnston

You know why that is? It's because Sesame Street no longer teaches kids to go in the "entrance" or out the "exit", and what they broadcast brainwashes the rest of us. And that's your conspiracy theory for today.
I agree. I also think that the Wal-Mart in Vernal needs to move their carts to the "entrance" side of the lobby instead of having them on the "exit" side & that would help the problem!
Oh man, I've done this a few times, only I promise I wasn't on a cell phone. I don't think the exit was very clearly marked, either(at lease that's what I'll tell myself). I just felt like a doofus standing there with my kids who are having a meltdown, waiting for the door to magically open when I realized it was the ENTRANCE and not the exit.
